I first layed eyes on this vehicle in November of 1999. I love to restore old vehicles and I'm not afraid of a challenge but my first impression of this truck was "I'll pass on this one."

Asking price was $2,500.00. It was last registered in 1985 and that's probably the last time it ran. It came with rust on everything, dents and cracks on every fender, a gas tank full of varnish, no brakes, a rats nest of wiring and some very hard to find parts missing or broken. Call it temporary insanity, but later on, I decided it was really a diamond in the rough and after a little price negotiating I hauled it home in January of 2000.
